FNF Vs. Bob and Bosip is one of the most ambitious Friday Night Funkin' mods ever created, combining original characters, animated storytelling, and a huge amount of content into a single package. The adventure begins when Bob and Bosip accidentally glitch out of Minecraft and into the FNF universe, where the only way home is to defeat Boyfriend in a series of increasingly difficult musical battles.
From Another World
Bob and Bosip aren't ordinary visitors. Created as AI entities by an animator, the duo sports colorful designs inspired by Geometry Dash icons. Despite being best friends, they each bring a distinct personality to the story, leading to entertaining interactions throughout the mod's many cutscenes.
As they search for a way back home, their journey quickly turns into a rivalry with Boyfriend, setting the stage for multiple weeks of rhythm battles.
How the Gameplay Works
The core gameplay follows the classic Friday Night Funkin' formula. Players press matching arrow keys as notes reach the target markers, building score and protecting their health bar.
What makes this mod stand out is its custom engine. During songs, players can track their combo count, accuracy percentage, notes-per-second rate, and overall letter grade. The controls also feel highly responsive, making difficult charts more satisfying to learn.
Songs and Expansions
The story mode features multiple weeks packed with electronic, energetic tracks centered around Bob and Bosip's adventure.
The popular EX Update adds harder versions of existing songs, alternate character designs, and bonus content for experienced players. Completing enough content also unlocks Bob's Takeover, a secret crossover week featuring the infamous white blob version of Bob from another well-known FNF mod.
